Refund policy

Because our products are custom made:

  • Custom printed products are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Design fees are non-refundable after work has started.

  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved artwork cannot be refunded due to customer error.
